Situational leadership

Being flexible enough to use different leadership styles appropriate to the needs of the situation to increase organisational performance.

Every leader has a preferred leadership style that should be driven by the competence and commitment of the follower. Effective leaders are versatile in being able to move from one leadership style to the next depending on the situation and circumstance. Delegates will learn management and coaching skills that will assist in the development of self as well as employees' potential and productivity.
