General management for results offers you a four-day opportunity to understand the demands made on managers at your level and what is expected of you in particular in your current position etc.

As a general manager you need to be able to set appropriate goals as well as motivate the activities of your employees and your managers whilst integrating your organisation's efforts in a cohesive manner.

General management for results offers you a four-day opportunity to:
• understand the demands made on managers at your level and what is expected of you in particular in your current position;
• discover how you rate against these expectations (your own strengths and deficits in relation to these demands);
• discover a set of tools and checklists that you can use at this level (how to use your strengths and style to remedy any deficits); and
• design a personal development plan that will enable you to meet the objectives you have developed on this programme, and to continue on a lifelong journey of learning
