At the AMASA Cape Town May meeting to be held later this month, Gary Bailey, well-known soccer expert and England goalkeeper in the 1986 World Cup, will bring you GamePlan 2010.
Leading up to 2010, the government has committed to a massive infrastructural investment of R485 billion and an estimated 400 000 visitors will spend over R15 billion in just four weeks during the games. There is no doubt that the 2010 FIFA World Cup is the biggest event to hit South Africa!
Gary Bailey will present a fun and humorous multimedia presentation and offers valuable insight into the incredible marketing opportunities that can arise from 2010. The presentation will include case studies that will form a foundation for understanding FIFA, the Local Organising Committee and government regulations, while focusing on the positive impact on business opportunities and advice on how to boost profits around 2010.
