Adobe Photoshop is one of the most popular and used applications all over the world, the unchallenged leader in the digital design arena with dedicated users ranging from novices to masters.
Photoshop can be used to: • paint and draw imagery with simulated real art tools • colour correct, adjust colour or completely alter image colours • alter image content or combine elements from different image sources • creatively work with text • design web sites or interfaces for new media applications • work with effects, overlays and filters to create complex imagery
Who is this course suited to?
Photoshop is central to desktop publishing, digital photography, web design, and ties in with other Adobe applications such as InDesign and Illustrator (DTP), Premiere, AfterEffects and Encore (video editing, animation and DVD creation) with the ability to save as multiple file formats able to be integrated with most other visually orientated applications.
Anyone interested in digital design or visual creation should know Photoshop.
Training days: Monday to Thursday Times: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon/5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Qualify with a Diploma in Communications Management from Vega which specialises in marketing and brand strategy.
The second semester commences on the 30th July and there are still a few spots open. Modules include: Principles of Brand Building, Market Information Management and Media Efficiency in Brand Building to mention a few.
