The Afrikaanse Taalmonument will be hosting a workshop where they will be training people how shoot star trails.
A photography workshop where participants will learn to take time-exposure photographs to record star trails will be presented at the Afrikaanse Taalmonument in Paarl on 16 February. This practical workshop by professional photographer and registered tour guide Peter Haarhoff, of the Cape Photographic Company, is suitable for beginner and intermediate photographers. A single lens reflex (SLR) camera (digital or 35mm) and tripod is essential. The workshop fee of R350 includes notes and light refreshments. The workshop is held from 18:00 to 22:30.
