The Leadership Capability Development Programme ® (LCDP) is our flagship leadership development programme designed to ensure a robust organisational leadership pipeline.

Identified future leaders are not only equipped with the competencies, skills and leadership capabilities but also the courage to lead. For those in the know, dynamics in the corridors of leadership at whatever level, skill and competence is not enough, the courage to lead is the drawcard. Our experience and research in leadership development has shown that leaders need to have the courage to lead, the ability to confront issues, make tough decisions, deliver results and inspire those around them. This is a highly experiential and engaging leadership development programme for Africa talent. The LCDP has been designed to develop leaders with the courage to lead. We call them leadership firebrands.
