Loeries' Travelling Exhibition

As the Loeries' Travelling Exhibition makes its way around Southern Africa, the next stop will be at Vega, the Brand Communication School.

The exhibition will visit Vega Johannesburg from 9 to 19 May, Durban from 1 to 12 July and Cape Town from 18 to 27 July.

Aside from reaching Vega students, the Travelling Exhibition will also be viewed at these campuses by students from Imagination Lab, which is a Vega initiative to teach students from previously disadvantaged backgrounds critical skills with an emphasis on creative communication and expression.

The Loerie Awards, which have become synonymous with excellence in the brand communications industry since their launch in 1979 to promote television advertising, are sponsored by the SABC.

The Travelling Exhibition has been moving around Southern Africa, already having exhibited in Johannesburg and Namibia. After the two Johannesburg schools, it continues to other cities in South Africa, where the winners' works will be on display at several educational institutions, corporate headquarters and the Aardklop Festival, before embarking for New York.
