 Introduction Imago Talent focuses on staff recruitment, training and development within the FMCG, retail and cosmetic industries. Gisela Fick, Lynda Murray and Doc Fick are the team. Lynda has worked within the cosmetic industry at all levels for the Estée Lauder Group and L'Oreal as well as the Merchandise Division of the Edcon Group. Gisela has 10 years experience in generalist recruitment. Doc's expertise is staff training and development. Our wide experience allows us to serve our clients in any position through all levels of their industry and our access to excellent resources enables us to source candidates both nationally and internationally. We assist our clients by sourcing and selecting the most suitable candidates, for their specific situations. We are committed to partnering with them to ensure a mutually beneficial result. Additional Services We offer additional services, which our clients may choose at a separate cost. Coaching We believe it is in the best interests of executive candidates to be given a series of 4 coaching sessions to enable them to be integrated into their new position effectively. Imago Talent will assist the client in sourcing a coach and facilitating the scheduling of appointments for the new incumbent. Staff training and development Imago Talent offers services in all areas of Staff Training and Development, ranging from Training Needs Analysis to Team Building Exercises. Freelance training and presentation Lynda has many years of experience in staff training and customer presentations within the cosmetic industry, and as such these services are available.
