Advertising or Use of Power? - BigisSmall

Well in a country where the nomey talks high than intellect is well visible here some of the citizen just trying to get their hands at any source that generates capital, no one regulates or even care about social, aesthetic, global warming issues...is this kind of advertising or gorila market? well seems to me more as vandalism rather the market campaing as their call it... the solution here is only education, education, education...
