Comments on Going Rate for Jack-of-all-trades?

running before you can walk - J
a classic case of jumping in without testing the waters first - if you have experience in all of the areas which you are going to be managing, you would not have to ask your question in the first place as you would know what the industry rates are in relation to expertise and experienced professionals.
Good luck

You have to start somewhere - Spikkels
Thanks for your response. I have been performing all of the above functions while being on various companies' payrolls i.e earning a monthly salary. All I would like to know is what hourly rate would be suitable should I perform the above functions independently, based on qualification and experience? I really thought that the idea behind a website such as this would be to provide individuals in the marketing industry with a platform to discuss issues such as this? Is there anybody out there who is willing to provide some mentorship?

Hourly Rate vs Flat Rate - Mutant
I'd say a standard hourly rate is R250 -R300 per hour. However in many cases it is more realistic to charge a flat rate i.e. an amount you are comfortable with as repayment for the amount of time you will spend. Different kind of clients also usually get different rates.
