Surely a solar panel is the right thing to do

Having just visited Uganda and seeing the same thing implemented in Zambia, why doesn't each board have its own solar panel and wind generator?

All the major street lights and robots in Uganda and Zambia have installed them. They work brilliantly. The rest of Africa seems to be well ahead of us on that front. Come on guys, be responsible
