my sentiments exactly. you may need a security guard to stop theft in that case, but think of it! you'll be helping curb unemployment :)

DO ME A FAVOUR !!!  by  OUTRAGED
Doing your bit to help the load-shedding?!? What utter BS! If you really wanted to do your part, then you wouldn't have them illuminated at all. Who wants to see them anyway? I'm actually put off brands that use scarce electricity to promote themselves while I sit in darkness in my home. Ban the use of illuminated billboards outright!!
