PRs send releases to everyone not knowing who is going to use them and if several publications do, without finding their own angles, bits will appear all over.
I totally agree with the statemnt and its even worse when certain mags. which are owner by the same company release the same layout and content. Magazine are expensive and having same story read in Mag A and reading it in Mag B is so not on. Maybe Gossip colums should be omitted in magazines because what Paris did yesterday is not news today.
SOMETIMES articles that were in say, Cosmo, later appear in True love but with tweaks here n there but they on the same tip, so am reading the same thing over and over again...very disheartening
