I have had to phone the Multichoice customer care line on several occasions and have never been helped without waiting a minimum of 7 minutes. this kind of service is rediculous when they expect you to pay cellphone charges on calls ranging up to 20 minutes long.
There are no words to describe it other than extremely dissapointing and unacceptable. Congratulations M-Net on 20 years of bad service.
