Absolutely yes  by  Gerhard
Everyone / organization needs a mentor / advisor / objective professional service. The way ahead and how;can be blurred by biased ego-centric " I just nee to do my bit" individuals. All great men and woman in the history (read:" His story") of mankind had their own mentors or other that they found inspiration and direction from. There is nothing new under the sun;just different creative ways of interpretation. So find someone / consultant / service provider that has been under the sun longer, with proven successes, than you.It is that simple.

Management and productivity actions is of the utmost importance.Successful implimentation opens the door for the rest of the marketing community to launch effective marketing actions.Once management and employees "live the brand" according to the core values of the brand;then, and only then;can the company live up to the promises made in their advertising campaign.

Government and private are all in need of such programs.Unfortunately vultures and other alike have eroded the credibility of such actions by presenting " get drunk and have a joll on the company's budget" under the pretence of development.May they, and the corrupt HR manager be out of busuness soon.

How to choose:
There must be pshycometric evaluations.
They better be SETA approved.
There must be follow-up sessions.
The program should at least take the company on an improvement road for a minimum of one year.
Accountability is imperitive.
A proven track record.
Sound qualifications.
A "I am not here to be liked, but to increase your bottom line" attitude.
