Where are you?

I've been a long time Logic user (now on 7.1 Pro on a G5) and cannot recommend it enough - stable, flexible and powerful.

It also depends what you are switching from and what you want to use it for mainly (Recording / tracking, composing...etc?)

I'm in Johannesburg.
I'm currently using PT7, but from what I've seen, it'd be a better move for me to move over to Logic for composition and production reasons.

Yip, good move - the midi implementation is very good, automation is unmatched, the workflow is very efficient. The plugin instruments are handy and the effects, eq’s and comps are sure as hell better than most sequencers’. And it looks great too!

Now if only there was an RTAS to AU adapter!
