Telkom not to blame  by  Saskia
We cannot blame Telkom for a low computer literacy rate. Many factors have to be taken into consideration, one being that the majority of South African's cannot afford computers at all. Education still has a long way to go in providing computer literacy programmes for learners. There many more things that can be mentioned that influence the rate. There are many ISPs that provide affordable Internet subscriptions. Personally, I'm happy with Telkom being my service provider.

Telkom not to blame but Education system? Think again!  by  P du Toit
People do not need to own a computer to become computer literate. If so, why are kids more computer literate then Adults?

Being a HAPPY Telkom subscriber only means that you lack information which is understandable if you are a dail-up subscriber.
