Comments on Discovery / 702 walk the talk!!!...Terrible goody bag???

The point of Walk the Talk
You seemed to have missed the point - Walk the Talk is for CHARITY, that's where the money goes, not into a Clarins goodie bag. Yes they could get sponsors to give out products, or they could get sponsors to rather contribute to the charitable cause. If you're in it for the goodie bag, rather stay home and moan, the rest of us will do something for someone else without expecting a reward.

702
Did you even contact 702 to complain? Cause there's no point in ranting complaining here.

shame, poor thing so you got a tampon and not face cream!!! ha ha may day!
Anyways much as I wanna hand it to you on a platter for complaining about a goodie bag at a charity event, I feel that people should not give goodie bags if they dont know what to put in them,.
I mean come on,a tampon?? not all women use a condom even.
Rather not give anything then....

Bag goodie bags ... a promo company responds.  by  RIP
What more do people expect if a client gives you a wopping R2.00 per gift as a budget for these type of events.
This R2.00 then also includes my mark up ...

You suggest a useless branded pen (this is all a wopping R2.00 can pay for ...) and then they still opt for the free samples like tampons.

This wasn't one of my events, but I do similar ones.
It's sometimes frustrating!

A Goodie Bag is a gift..NOT a given  by  The Goodie Bag Queen
Goodie Bags are a forum for FMCG (FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS)companies to put PRODUCT/SAMPLES directly into the hands of the consumer for trial and hopefully conversion.
The companies like to target samples to specific income groups / LSM (lIVING STANDARDS MEASURE) and choose events accordingly.

Goodie Bags are not part of the entry fee they are free to the event and free to the participant - a gift.
The money goes into staging the event and to charity

Mr Tampon! WTT is a family event and maybe you could give this gift to a wife , girlfriend or daughter
