A) I think that a system like that may be illegal in terms of having to ask permission from the person to leave messages on their voicemail. Same as E-mail and SMS marketing

B) I can tell you now that if I ever had a company leave a voicemail advert on my phone I'd flip my lid. I cant imagine anything worse than dialling into my voicemail to hear an advert...

I would gladly strangle any advertiser that left a 'message' like that on my voicemail. So intrusive, and would generally leave bad feelings
