yes for a designer of 3 years you should be taking 8-10k
no less and thats if your lucky! alot of places rip off designers and thats a truth

If you want to make money, DO NOT go into advertising.

If you don't mind scraping pennies together or have a trust fund, then enjoy the ride.

Dear Biz-Community by PP

PLEASE can we have salaries listed as a sticky on th eforums. The question keeps coming up over and over again.

It would be far better and provide a more comprehensive picture if all the info was in one place.
