It is worded to sound like all the trimmings are included. I'd report them to the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa who do a great job of tackling dodgy advertisers!

Bad experience with Furniture City by Zee

I once bought a corner lounge suite at Furniture City and instead of them delivering two units of different angles, they delivered two of the same, obviously that did not make a corner shape or L shape. I struggled for a year to have it changed. My husband had to intervene and chase the store manager and their warehouse.

It was changed when I had already bought other couches at Coricraft. We could not have stayed in the house that did not couches to sit on, when our kids are watching TV, what amazed me about this whole fiasco is that I was still expected to pay monthly instalments as I had bought them on HP. Now I have extra lounge set that I'm not using beacuse they refuse to credit it saying it was bought over a year -and it was actually their fault.

I don't buy there anymore

Stop complaining ... and read

I am also a customer of furniture city and i looked at the same product .... the ad reads sleigh BED , not sleighbed and mirror and chest and...... i think you just like to bargain hunt.
