There is no part-time copywritng course that will get you hired
What will get you hired is your passion, your enthusiasm, your creative flair, and your ability to write good, succinct, compelling copy. Assuming you have a natural ability to write in the first place (because that is something that can't be taught), you will learn more about the craft of copywriting from reading good ads (and, of course, bad ads) than you will ever learn on a part-time course. If you think you've got what it takes to write good copy, then go ahead and write some good copy, and pester every ad agency in town until you find someone who is prepared to give you a break. Seriously, you're more likely to get in that way, than you are with a diploma from a part-time course in your hand. If you really do want to go on a course, a more general writing course would probably serve you better. Have a look under Courses & Workshops on bizcommunity - and good luck!
I don't agree with the previous post - copywriting is a specific writing skill, and agencies don't have the time to teach you the techniques. Try Vega School of Advertising, or AAA. These schools also help their students with contacts and placements, plus you'll build up a professional portfolio. No agency will hire you without some kind of portfolio.
