The choice is with the brand owners, Polka, not broadcaster  by  Humphrey Lastborn Mutangwa
You have lot to know about the nature of the broadcasting industry especially the sales and marketing wing.At no stage does the broadcaster determine which advert should and should not be flighted on the airwaves except when it does not meet the regulatory standards as set out by BCCSA & ICASA.The POLKA commercial of HSDPA on TV may be looking good or not, but it remains a decision of the brand/product owner (in this case POLKA) whether it should run or not (depending on its relevancy, brand management process, availability of funds/resources etc).

Casey, you should by now aware of the costs incurred in advertising especially on TV.Big advertisers such as MTN, VODACOM, COCA-COLA, TIGER BRANDS and many others are pumping billions of rands into TV advertising. So you will agree with me that there is absolutely nothing broadcaster can do to have the commercial of Polka on HSDPA be recall from library when it's not going to be paid for (profit baba). You should perhaps heed the call to the brand owner, Polka and not the broadcaster.

In anyway, what makes you think the ads in question is the best ever except that you get to be cool of it because it has Lukanyo and his fresh face on it?Is that the only way to critic the tv commercial?

So uncalled for
That was so uncalled for Casey, the guy was just trying to explain to you that you are probably unlikey to see the "Lukanyo" ad and why.

Me thinks you should take a chill pill.

People are so angry.
I totally agree that Casey needs a chill pill. That was uncalled for. So unnecessary.

Thanks Humprey for the info. I appreciate it.
