I actually think that a lot of start-ups have a very good advantage over some traditional companies that are in traditional offices and buildings. Because they work with other companies from different industries, it seems much easier to see what other services are available for collaborations. It's really not just about the shared storage and rent costs, but about the opportunity to network and create other solutions from those hook-ups and meetings!

They might have revamped the shopping centre but it is shocking that to-date the escalators have not been repaired and the elevators they have in the centre are very very slow.Also they did not take into account that people walking in there might have wet shoes and a few people have commented how slippery the tiles are. I nearly slipped twice. Also over the years the Pick'n Pay leaves much to be desired. Well, the Checkers centre further down in Sea Point is benefiting of this. Really not impressed at all.

Good post Boris. As for having a plan, we completely agree with that but also find it's pretty important to stay flexible and agile. The old adage about the best laid plans not surviving first contact still holds true, and when that happens you need to be ready to change and adapt your strategy to work with your new reality or opportunities to market your company or promote your campaign may just pass you buy. Plan, but plan for change as well!
