Superb read Sophie. Really accurate in my opinion.Just to answer Jean Pierre question. Old fashion link building is dead, such as poor directory listings, blog spamming and the like, very often this will have a negative effect on your websites ranking. However, quality link building is still of benefit, yet this should come naturally to a degree. If you create content that is useful and informative, people will want to share this, across blogs, social media, forums etc. Thus doing the link building for you.
About the Duster ad, I can only echo what I found on Hubpages: "Men have become tired of negative portrayals of males in the media, and even some women are starting to speak out against this, as the women's roles in these ads is not flattering either. Here is the simple rule: If the male/female roles in the ad were reversed, would there be outrage? If yes, then the ad is sexist, male-bashing or discriminatory." Male bashing really is so last season.
It isn't the best audio, but hear what Greg Maloka had to say in the night at the launch...https://soundcloud.com/jongericke/greg-maloka-on-yfms-new-satellite-station-at-gold-reef-city
A question re Design Indaba. I understand that to exhibit at Design Indaba can cost many tens of thousands (Rands), and you cannot just exhibit proto-types but have to have inventory (correct me if I'm wrong). So how does an aspirant designer, who basically earns squat, afford to exhibit? Isn't it about time there was an aspirant designer's exhibition? And, even better, how about an on-line exhibition so that designers don't even have to get stuff to Cape Town. There you are BizComm - an idea for you. Every quarter have a page / site for aspirant designers, the only limitation being the number of "exhibitors" (first-come-first-served) and you could totally renew the site every time and not let people exhibit more than once a year. You could even have a vote for the best product each quarter. You can have the idea for nothing and let's try to help the numerous designers battling to become recognised.RegardsDouglas

Spreading the word is essential for both deceased and LIVING organ donation. Hearts can only come from deceased donors, but every other type of person who needs a major organ can potentially be helped by a living organ donor. Historically between a third and half of all organ donors are living organ donors. That's 98% of people on the organ donor waiting list and everyone who need bone marrow as well (they can only be helped by living donors). Living organ donors are the unsung heroes of the transplant story. Unfortunately, they often are left with non-medical out-of-pocket expenses that can weigh heavily on them financially.A new charity -- The American Living Organ Donor Fund is here to help. Please help us spread the word to transplant center organ donor coordinators and potential living organ donors that the ALODF has a website chalked full of information and that we give grants to living organ donors to help them meet their expenses. We do have limited resources, but we do not have an automatic income cut off. We base our grants on verifiable need. See our website at www.ALODF or www.HelpLivingOrganDonorsSaveLives.orgWe also have a new support group just for living organ donors and those considering donation.https://www.facebook.com/groups/588973681237149/
I've no doubt the i20 is a viable four door family taxi. However, until the Koreans effectively, and I mean utterly redress the abhorrent practice of dog torture and dog eating in their country, without being unnecessarily indelicate, they know what to do with their cars, TVs and washing machines. Sorry, Henrie, it was a good write up, but ethics are ethics and they should not be for sale. The same applies to China.
