Amongst the biggest trends in digital publishing is the adoption of the tablet - from which everything else flows. This leads to the non-standardization of any platform, as an operating system. Many publishers have a presence on iOS, many of those also added something on Android but they are approaching it in a case-by-case basis - in a way that does not necessarily scale, as the number of options proliferates.
