Abuja blogger launches social media news portal

Abuja's popular online media reporter and editor of Glees media blog, Alex Nwankwo, has launched a social media news portal.

This was disclosed at a social media conference held recently in Abuja. The media practitioner and event manager said during a session, "I decided to launch AlexReports.info which is powered by Amity Global Network to expand the scope of reportage with a view to building more social media networks base; and also to meet the yearning demands of social media readers and subscribers with regards to live streaming, multimedia audio player and online video."

AlexReports.info features selected entertainment news stories, celebrity gist, interviews, events promotion, politics, fresh soft news and investigative journalism. It's a marketplace where latest events are advertised and promoted.

When asked how fast the brand would register on the minds of his readers, he said: "The social market is there, the network is still strong. Besides, the blog is currently being advertised on major social media platforms in the world, like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc, attracting millions of viewership with an amplified comment-feedback mechanism and 'one click' sharing icon. With our established correspondents and contributing authors, we are determined to give you the best in news reportage."
