According to a report on Times Live, the ban on alcohol advertising has been approved by an inter-ministerial committee. "The bill will have to be approved by a cabinet committee and then by the cabinet before being released to parliament and the public," the report states.
Although unreleased, the bill includes the following comments:

A ban on alcohol advertising;
A ban on alcohol companies sponsoring sports events and teams;
A ban on alcohol promotions at events; and
A ban on brand names being displayed on delivery vehicles.
The Health Department wants the alcohol consumption to reduce by 20% by 2020.
