Europlaw Group expands operations to the Republic of Botswana

Europlaw Group, based in the Republic of South Africa and the United Kingdom, is taking its operations to Gaborone, Republic of Botswana. It will trade as Europlaw Group Botswana Limited and will become a member of Europlaw Group Incorporated - member of The International Association of Lawyers situated in Paris, France.
The 12th of May 2017 marked a significant milestone for the group. On this day, Europlaw Group Incorporated, Europlaw Accountants (Pty) Ltd (a member International Association of Accounting Professionals - IAAP), situated in London, UK), Trade Channel (Pty) Ltd and Executive Network Group (Pty) Ltd (trading as A&G Consulting) entered into a strategic Botswana joint venture agreement which was signed in Pretoria, South Africa. Europlaw Group believes the Republic of Botswana has been a financial stable country for the last decade and is a spring board to the rest of the African Continent – this makes the partnership very viable.

Europlaw Group Botswana Limited will provide in-house services comprised of in-house attorneys, lawyers, advocates, auditors, legal advisors, fund managers and accountants. The services will include paymaster, escrow, fiduciary, accounting, legal advisory services, legal and financial opinions, law of contract, due diligence, taxation, business plans, cross-border payments and transfers, audits, project funding and financial instruments to corporate clients in the Republic of Botswana and SADC.

Our joint venture will ensure skills transfer to local Botswana citizens and companies, as it will ensure upliftment within the legal and financial sectors. It will also promote mutual trade opportunities between the Republics of Botswana, South Africa and the international community.
