Baba Indaba triumphs as South Africa's most memorable baby and parenting expo

The annual, nationwide expo has become South Africa's most loved baby, toddler and parenting expo!

Natalie Naude, Managing Director of Three City Events and founder of the SABC Education Baba Indaba, says, “Winning these awards is a wonderful thumbs-up to our team, our excellent suppliers and our top line sponsor SABC Education. Of course we also thank our valued exhibitors. Our research shows time and time again that our exhibitors are of the highest calibre and it is this winning recipe that made these awards possible. SABC Education Baba Indaba is held annually in Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and Johannesburg, and, from 2010, will take place in Soweto too. This first Soweto Baba Indaba will be held at the MTN Expo Centre (Nasrec) in August 2010. Considered South Africa's biggest live marketing channel to parents-to-be and new parents, SABC Education Baba Indaba inspires parents and moms-to-be to enjoy their pregnancy, baby and parenthood and brings them together with manufacturers, suppliers and retailers of baby care products, providing information, shopping, show specials and fun.

Naude concludes, “2010 promises to be a great year for Three City Events - not only will next year see our first SABC Education Baba Indaba in Soweto, we will also be launching Kids Indaba, a brand new event, aimed at families with children 6 - 12 years of age, that will run alongside SABC Education Baba Indaba. We are also very excited about our soon-to-be-launched Kids Indaba magazine, it will speak to both parents and kids, encouraging communication and uniting them through shared interests, concerns and issues.”
