The 11th Pretoria Homemakers Expo hosted around 300 exhibitors on 475 stands. With 300 home lifestyle industry leaders under one roof, visitors were provided with an exceptionally high standard of quality exhibits.
The Expo showcased lifestyle indoor and outdoor products, which gave visitors creative décor ideas in the latest trends from leading home improvement companies. Indoor products ranged from kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and decor to outdoor products, which included landscaping, pools and building related services.
The majority of the exhibiting companies were based in Gauteng and together exhibitors pulling all stops to create a show of impressive creativity, the judges suddenly had a difficult task of selecting winners.
Kevin Blyth, Operations Manager for Oasys hiring says: “The company provided 10 000sqm of carpets, including the entire aisle and stand carpets, together with over 3 000sqm of shell scheme. Oasys Electrical also provided the entire electrical infrastructure for all the stands and other electrical infrastructure, which included emergency lighting. Oasys Hiring provided over 700 items of furniture. Oasys Events provided a 400sqm marquee that linked two halls together.”
The overall show had good attendance with exhibitors reporting very positive response from visitors, with serious enquiries, orders, and purchases.
