During the month of December 2006, Jump Shopping's monitoring of online shopping shows that techno toys were still the most searched for products in South Africa, with iPod, XBox 360, PSP and Garmin GPS topping the ranks. Some of the interesting climbers from previous months were "watches" and "toys". Another term that came up frequently over the festive season was "lingerie" and, by looking at the number of online lingerie stores that opened during the last few months in SA, says Bredenhann, this is understandable. The results were gathered from a total of 202 000 unique visitor sessions and a total of 3.7 million page views. The top 20 list of most searched-for terms on www.jump.co.za during the month of December 2006 is as follows:
