Peroni event at the Durban July - award-winning

When looking for the best to represent the iconic Italian-style alcohol brand, Peroni, SAB turned to one of South Africa's top activation agencies, Tag Marketing and Promotions, to bring the brand to life at the Durban July. Tag is renowned for their creativity and attention to detail and this exuded throughout the marquee. From the concept that Tag put together through to every element that they produced the result was awe-inspiring with rave reviews and accolades all round. The marquee was world-class and the attention to every detail was astounding from the customised furnishings, the styled bars to the amazing Italian cuisine, new age and minimalist in presentation, not to mention their hostesses, gorgeous girls with a professional approach. It really was the place to be with all the uber cool celebrities like Freddie Michalak, Brad Barrit, Claudia Henkel and Jenna Dover, just to mention a few, soaking up the scene. The best part was not having to leave the marquee to place your bets as Tag had seamlessly integrated a betting station into their plan, layout and design.





The evening ended in true Italian style with the most stylish guest receiving a R20K Fabiani make-over.

All credit and kudos to Tag and their dream team. Keep an eye out for this agency, they're fresh and bursting with creativity. Tag Promotions may have been the best kept secret for the brands that work with them but the word is out... their Peroni activation has now been acknowledged by the Peroni International Brand Team as a “Best Operating Practice”. Tag Promotions is scooping awards from the Miller Eve event 2008 to the Skelter's Straight launch event.
