The Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative (CiTi) is joining Western Cape premier, Helen Zille, on a working visit to Singapore and Japan.
The Mission, led by the Western Cape Government and Wesgro, aims to strengthen Western Cape-Japan and Western Cape-Singapore partnerships in a number of key priority areas, including trade, investment, tourism, agri-processing and renewable energy.
A Trade, Investment and Tourism seminar will be held in each market attracting key local government and business stakeholders. Joshin Raghubar, chairman of CiTi and the Bandwidth Barn commented, “CiTi welcomes this opportunity to engage with leading businesses and investors in the fintech and technology space while promoting Cape Town’s position as the leading tech hub in Africa.”
