Sponsored by South African Tourism, and hosted at the esteemed Inkosi Albert Luthuli Convention Centre in Durban South Africa, the Indaba has, for the past two years in a row, won the award for Africa's best travel and tourism show, presented by the Association of World Travel Awards. Boasting over 2,900 buyers and 9,276 attendees in the year 2013, the Indaba is marked as one of the top three 'must visit' events of its kind on the global calendar.
At this year's Tourism Indaba, taking place from Saturday the 10th, until Monday the 12th of May 2014, SSQ Exhibitions will be the designers and project managers of four custom and system exhibition stands for our valued Clients: Tsogo Sun, African Hotels & Adventures, Time and Tide, and Sun International. Strategically designed and manufactured according to the needs and objectives of each Client, these stands will vary from 9-72 square metres in size, in the form of single and double-storey structures. SSQ Exhibitions will keep all their Twitter followers and Facebook fans informed on all the activity that is to be expected on each Client stand before and during the show.
The Indaba organisers have taken it upon themselves to arrange for shuttles to transport guests to the exhibition venue and back to their various hotels. Shuttles will also be available for the invited guests who will be attending the Golf Day on Friday, 9 May 2014, and for the guests who wish to spend a few afternoon hours at the beach on Saturday, 10 May 2014.
