Tuks FM, the University of Pretoria's campus radio station, has extended its signal strength to 1kW, which allows its broadcasting footprint to reach all of Pretoria and surrounding areas and the greater Johannesburg area as well.
The station has transformed into a brand that is popular on various media platforms, by generating content and providing memorable listenership experiences.
"Reflecting its audience, Tuks FM broadcasts in English and Afrikaans, offering a variety of opportunities to prospective clients," confirms Judy Milne, Director of The Media Connection, one of South Africa's leading community radio advertising specialists.
She explains that Tuks FM focuses on creating quality and value, and brings enjoyment as well as satisfaction to its customers and listeners. "The power of Tuks FM lies in the connection it makes with its audience on a daily basis, therefore successfully delivering external organisations' marketing messages and securing return on investment."
