The Blue Views Collection has acquired the property that's situated less than 50m from the vibrant and chic beachfront, consisting of nine one-bedroom apartments, all sea facing.

Established by Tony Stern in 1997, the Blue Views Collection consists of 19 individual self-catering villas and apartments, achieving a 5-star rating by the South Africa Tourism board and has also consistently been ranked # 1 on TripAdvisor.

Over the past 17 years, Blue Views has been internationally recognised as one of the pioneers and leaders in the luxury self-catering sector in Cape Town.

Unique to Blue Views is that all of the properties are owned and managed by the company and Stern believes that this has largely been the reason for the success of the collection. He has years of experience in design and hospitality management and besides Blue Views is well known for his initiative in developing the unique and iconic water-based hotel, the Zambezi Queen, situated in Namibia.

Designed for the discerning guest

South Beach Camps Bay is designed for the discerning guest seeking an alternative to a 5-star hotel, but offering the comfort, convenience and privacy of a 55 square metre, self-catering luxury contemporary designed apartment.

The pool level apartments have exclusive use outdoor areas with direct access to the pool whilst the other two levels include private balconies.

The apartments will be serviced daily and come equipped to the highest standards and include a Nespresso machine, 47 inch TV, sound bar, wireless headsets and the finest linen and towels, fully air-conditioned and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.
Additional services such as a communal ice machine and self-service laundry facilities will also be on offer. Available to all guests will be the use of the 9m swimming pool and sundeck, access to a private gym and allocated parking space for each apartment. South Beach Camps Bay will also include a concierge service on arrival for assistance on activity bookings and any other requirements. Offerings such as a well-stocked fridge and airport transfers are also available on request.

Designed in conjunction with Greg Wright, one of Cape Towns most respected architects, and with an exclusive art collection featuring works by well-known South African artist Lionel Smit, South Beach Camps Bay will epitomise modern day luxury with a hint of affluent Miami-style living.

Within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and the world renowned Camps Bay beach, it will take your idea of self-catering to new levels and make it one of the most desirable destinations for summer 2014.

"My aim is to take self-catering to a level never yet experienced in Cape Town and to exceed the standards required for a 5-star international rating," says Stern.
