By identifying the kind of cruise experience each customer is looking for and guiding them to choose the corresponding fare category, customer satisfaction and increased sales revenue is achieved.
New Cruise experience packages include the Bella , Fantastica, Aurea and the MSC Yacht Club Experience.
The Bella experience allows an introduction to luxury with strong value for money, whilst the Fanstatica is designed for greater comfort and booking flexibility offering premium accommodation.
The Aurea package allows an all-encompassing cruise in premium accommodation including reinvigoration and luxury.
The MSC Yacht Club remains the elite cruise experience for exclusive travel, offering the privacy of a private yacht and the facilities of a modern cruise ship.
To launch the European Summer season, MSC is offering early bookers a discount of R7000 per Couple until 30 January 2015 plus a free upgrade from Bella to Fantastica for bookings made before end September 2014.
MSC has also announced that an additional ship will now cruise the sought after Eastern Mediterranean destinations. The MSC Musica, MSC Lirica, MSC Magnifica, MSC Poesia and MSC Opera will now offer departures out of Venice, to various South African favoured destinations.
