Holi One returns to Joburg

The Holi One Colour Festival, which brings together party-goers of all ages, races, cultures and personalities, will return to Joburg on Friday, 1 May, 2015. Sharing the same message of hope and positivity as the Hindu holiday of Holi, this non-religious festival aims to unite thousands in an event that blends music, dance, visuals and performance art.

Party-goers dressed in white soon find themselves united through a rainbow of colours as every hour, on the hour, a countdown begins, signalling the throwing of brightly coloured, eco-friendly powder that fills the air. Along with powder in five different colours, food and drinks will also be on sale, while a host of facilities will be provided to ensure that revellers are kept safe and comfortable for the duration of the festival.
