Upon completion, the anchor tenants of the 11,000m² shopping centre will include Pick n Pay, Woolworths (opening mid-2015) and Dis-Chem and will feature more than 40 stores. The tenant mix includes a host of service providers and speciality stores offering everything from hair salons and skincare to DIY equipment and technology. Shoppers can look forward to a wide variety of restaurants and take-away, including John Dory's, Mugg & Bean and Panarottis to name a few, as well as drive-through options for Burger King, McDonald's and Nando's. Banking facilities will include ATMs for Absa, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank.

Developed by the Moolman Group, Jean Avenue Village, Egan Property Group and Rapfund Investments it brings a comprehensive, convenient and tastefully indulgent shopping centre to the area. The building aesthetics comprise sleek design features complemented by stone elements and a neutral colour scheme for added warmth. The centre's surrounds will include landscaping to provide an attractive and inviting exterior with plenty of parking space, including dedicated parking bays for parents with small children, pensioners, bikes and disabled customers.

Jean Crossing will open its doors for trading on 26 February 2015.
