Nu Metro Montecasino wins Best of Joburg Readers' Choice Award

Nu Metro Montecasino was opened in November 2000. Since its opening it has become the most visited cinema complex on the Nu Metro circuit, averaging just fewer than one million admissions per year.

Renovations are completed

With it being Nu Metro Cinemas flagship complex, over the last couple of months major renovation had been under way to ensure the cinema experience is even more convenient and satisfying.

These renovations are now completed and include sound advancements, new seating in the auditoriums, remodelling of the IL Grande Lounge, and remodelling of the cinemas' entire foyer area.
