Décor, Design morning supports Joburg Child Welfare

The Décor & Design Morning are back this year with the first event taking place on 13 March 2013 at the Saxon Boutique Hotel and Spa in Johannesburg from 9.30 am to 2pm. The Home Channel, Edith Unlimited, Clarins and The Saxon Hotel & Spa support this Plascon initiative.

Guests will be entertained with advice from executive chef David Higgs; Tanya Visser, everyone's favourite gardener and host of The Gardener on The Home Channel; and interior designer Derrick Tabbert. The Home Channel's Juliet Newell will once again be the event MC.

"Whether we realise it or not, decor is an important part of our lives, allowing our personalities to come through in the spaces we live. These mornings are fun and highlight speakers who know their stuff. Guests will experience the luxury of the hotel, take home wonderful gift bags, get advice on design and decor while also making a difference by raising funds for a worthy cause," says Edith Venter.

Tickets cost R450 per person (including a light lunch) and guests will be helping Joburg Child Welfare. To book, go to www.edithunlimited.co.za. Plascon is giving away a set of double tickets to the event on its Facebook page.
