The Zinto Activation Group (Zinto), a brand activations and entertainment company, was in full swing at a four ball better ball golf day and charity event to raise funds for cancer patient Lizanne Coetzee's treatment and care. Lizanne, an Alberton resident, was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, which is a cancer originating in the white blood cells and spreading from one lymph node to the other.
The golf day was held at the Reading Country Club in New Redruth, Alberton, to create awareness and raise the monies needed for Lizanne to receive 16 sessions of chemotherapy, as well as weekly blood tests and supplements.
Zinto sponsored two holes and supplied the players with snack packs and refreshments, while their management team represented the company on the golf course.
The players were hosted to dinner and an evening of prizes, raffles and lucky draws, which contributed to the success of the event and helped raise the much-needed funds.
Event organiser, Ryan Colyn says, "Many thanks to all our sponsors and the players who attended and generously donated to this cause. We were overwhelmed by the generosity and good spirit on the day."
Zinto is actively involved in several corporate social responsibility golfing initiatives. Individuals or corporates interested in sponsorship opportunities can contact Jolanda Joubert at Zinto on (011) 553 1000 or email .
Our name - Zinto - means "many things" in Xhosa. For you, "Zinto" translates into brand activation specialists who can do "many things" to make your brand come to life- more....
