Globacom goes global with True Colour Events

A chilled cocktail was a welcome sight for the VIP guests arriving during a humid sunset. The who's who was spotted mingling around with the prominent figure being the chairman of Globacom himself, Dr. Mike Adenuga Junior. The Minister of Communications, Mr. Desiree Adadja alongside with other dignitaries and guests were treated to a live rendition of the national anthem by the beautiful Beninese singer Zeynab.

The stage erupted with Globacom re-affirming their international and local presence as the leading cellular Network Company in Nigeria and firmly en-route to dominate Western Africa.



True Colour Events was able to show-case their advanced technology and culminate their extensive offerings making it a truly spectacular event. True Technical added to the success and ran an execution not only on stage but also bringing the “show” to each individual guest by incorporating 17” LCD screens as centerpieces.

The audience was thrilled and serenaded with some of Benin and Nigeria's music stars which included King Sunny Ade, Sammy Okposa, D'Banj, Wande Coal and Lira - but to name a few. The guests could not sit still and danced the night away to show their appreciation for the mastery of musical instruments. The Drum Café had the 600 strong-crowd on their feet electrifying the air and beating their drums to one voice.

Concluding the evening, the sky was lit up by a breathtaking firework's show done by Pyrospectacular's Nick Mitri.
