With Table Mountain as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean as your view, who could think of a more breathtaking venue for the Taste of Cape Town than the Camps Bay High School field? The Taste of Cape Town provided many visitors the opportunity to taste some of the best cuisine and beverages that we have to offer.
What better way to soak up the sunset than sipping on an ice cold Mojito made by the talented barmen at the Havana Club Rum stand supplied by Pernod Ricard. Pernod Ricard and Havana Club Rum commissioned Kreate SA and their production team to conceptualise and implement the set-up and build of the style lounge that brought Cuba to Cape Town. The style lounge was decorated the Havana way with the all the personal touches in the right places, which helped add that extra bit of Cuba.
In true Cuban style, the festivities never stopped. There was a constant sound of Salsa music in the background, which even gave rhythm to those that could never normally find a beat. But it was the Salsa dancers that stole the show, with their jaw dropping dance moves that left many women a little flush in the face and many men green with envy.
It was an extremely successful event in a truly stylish Havana Club lounge that had everything from Mojitos to Salsa dancers for your entertainment. This is definitely an event not too be missed, so pencil it into your calendar before you find it is too late.
