Designed by Paul Kovensky, managing director of the renowned Kove Collection, it features rich purple velvet floor-length drapes, purple downlighters suspended from the ceiling on elegant rods, and plush, deep, comfortable seating.
The sensationally well-stocked bar offers over 100 varieties of judiciously selected whisky from around the world.
Each whisky featured on the menu comes with a Jim Murray rating and details the region of origin. Murray is the author of the annual Whisky Bible and it is believed that he has visited more whisky distilleries globally than any living person.
The Kove Collection's Whisky Bar is located in an atmospheric alcove at the rear of Umi restaurant, which is highly sought after for its cutting-edge modern Japanese cuisine. The Whisky Bar offers an intimate yet welcoming night-time experience and is open seven nights a week.
