NEWSWATCH: It has been reported in the media that the Highbury Safika, RamsayMedia merger talks are off. That might not be the case, however...
It has been reported that Highbury Safika CEO, Kevin Ferguson, told Grubstreet that the talks around a merger concerning the two companies "Highbury Safika Media and RamsayMedia have been called off".

However, when Bizcommunity spoke to Alan Ramsay a few minutes ago, he said that given the number of stakeholders involved - six or seven - it does take time to finalise such a venture and he expressed the view that "I don't think discussions have come to a complete end".
