That might not be the case, however...  It has been reported that Highbury Safika CEO, Kevin Ferguson, told Grubstreet that the talks around a merger concerning the two companies "Highbury Safika Media and RamsayMedia have been called off".However, when Bizcommunity spoke to Alan Ramsay a few minutes ago, he said that given the number of stakeholders involved - six or seven - it does take time to finalise such a venture and he expressed the view that "I don't think discussions have come to a complete end".
