Sangqu is currently the executive head of Anglo American South Africa and is being appointed onto the company's board as a shareholder representative of Anglo American plc.
He currently also serves as the vice president of the Chamber of Mines. His qualifications include, among others, a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honours), a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Leadership.
