Quirk Education to expand course offering, offer two new workshops for August

Distance learning institution Quirk Education is to significantly expand its online course range, offering for the first time in South Africa, a Digital Media and Marketing Association (DMMA) endorsed UX course as well as an Advanced Paid Media course.
In addition, Quirk Education is to host two workshops, SEO for Business and Web Analytics for Business, in August.

UX, or User Experience Design is a broad field which entails improving all aspects of a person's experience with a digital asset such as a website or application, and includes the interface, graphics, industrial design, and, importantly, physical interaction.

UX has fast become a vital aspect of behind-the-scenes digital marketing, and is used to ensure the best possible user experience while also optimising website goals such as online sales, conversations and sign-ups by ensuring that the user journey is as smooth and intuitive as possible.

Through course notes, video lectures, discussion forums, weekly assignments and recommended reading, the seven-week, six module Quirk Education UX Course will teach students how to make their digital channels easy, intuitive and even fun to use, as the better the experience, the more likely it is for a customer to react positively towards your company and its services.

Leveraging Advanced Paid Media Tactics

Along with the UX Course, Quirk Education is to launch another DMMA endorsed offering, the Advanced Paid Media course, which builds on the best practice principles and practical information of the popular paid media course.

The Advanced Paid Media course will teach students how to implement effective online advertising campaigns, from exploring advanced targeting in PPC campaigns to setting up and reporting on campaigns, across a range of valuable business-oriented metrics.

Specialised Workshops in August

Following on a successful year of workshops hosted by Quirk agency specialists, Quirk Education will host two full-day workshops in August, the first focusing on Web Analytics and the second on the field of Search Engine Optimisation.

Hosted by Senior Web Analyst Georgina Armstrong and Quirk's Head of SEO Tim Withers respectively, the Web Analytics for Business and SEO for Business workshops are hands-on, practically applicable sessions with content based on real-world case studies, sourced both locally and internationally, and the vast experience of Quirk's digital marketing experts, all with the aim of maximising your business conversions while ensuring cost-effect marketing.

Places are limited. If you would like to be a part of either of these unique learning experiences, visit:
