South African website All4Women cracks the 4 million pageview mark

#HaveYouHeard South African women's lifestyle portal www.all4women.co.za has set a new record. The site stormed past the 4 million pageview (PV) mark during June 2014.
South African website All4Women cracks the 4 million pageview mark - Habari Media
"According to Effective Measure stats, the site enjoyed a pageview count of 4,163,043 hits in June," says Wayne Bischoff, MD at Habari Media, the company that exclusively manages the site's digital media sales. "Although this is a worldwide number, 94% or 3,910,244 of the PVs (pageviews) were generated in South Africa."

The www.all4women.co.za website is a lifestyle portal aimed at women with up-to-the-minute news and prominent links that focus on entertainment, news, food, health, lifestyle, love, parenting, fashion and beauty, home and garden, and money matters.

The stats give a firm indication that the site is still growing at a rapid pace, is well read by a loyal user base and, more to the point, the readers keep coming back to get the latest information. "This is an important fact to consider when selecting digital inventory, as it speaks to a highly engaged and loyal audience" says Bischoff. "Although unique browsers (UB) are important, it depends on the advertising campaign objectives as to whether advertisers seek frequency or reach."

All4Women's founder and MD, Peter Mansfield says that in the last two years All4Women has experienced phenomenal growth. "In June 2012 we had 124,000 unique browsers, last year this increased to 236,000 and this year to 354,000. Our pageview growth has been even faster: from 1,1 million pageviews in June 2012 to 2,8 million in June last year, and 4,1 million last month.

A unique feature of our website readers is that almost 90% of them are women. We are the only large site in South Africa that comes even close to this."

All4Women Editor Sasha Wyatt-Minter, attributes the growth to: "our remarkable team of editors and writers, mainly part-time women from all over South Africa, who have a wonderful ability to offer our readers what they want.

"Another contributing factor," says Wyatt-Minter, "is that our articles are that much more topical and immediate. We can plan minutes ahead while printed magazines have to plan months ahead. So our news, celebrity and "what's in the shops" stories are fully up-to-date."

"The site offers a wide variety of digital opportunities for advertisers targeting women. We look forward to All4women soon hitting the 4 million local PVs and the effect that these increased numbers will have on our client's advertising campaigns," concludes Bischoff.
